About me
A local resident for most of my life with connections to the area having attended both Smithfield West Public School and Prairiewood High School, Rivan brings homegrown knowledge and a depth of experience with over 12 years in the local real estate market.
Rivan’s progressive ladder of success in real estate started in 2011 as a property officer which led to Rivan successfully managing his own rental portfolio as a property manager some years later.
Rivan now directs a team of highly trained sales team and property managers. He has gained comprehensive expertise in all facets of property, from investment portfolio management to sales, and helped to form his intimate property knowledge of the area in which he grew up in. Rivan is able to offer our clients an exceptional service with a truly passionate, skilled and professional approach whilst consistently achieving outstanding results and maximising their returns.
His drive to succeed and competitive nature to seek exceptional results transcends into his passion for property and people in the Fairfield local area.

When Rivan is not in the office, you can find him on the soccer field playing within the local community or in the gym, maintaining a healthy lifestyle which is paramount to his work life balance.
